Andy Barrell awarded Lifetime Achievement for his dedication

On behalf of everyone at CGX I would like to sincerely thank Andy for the countless hours and un-measurable effort brought forth to really take the management side of the tours to an extremely high level. Now that Andy is retiring from day to day duties, he will be sorely missed. He is staying on staff but will have a much less demanding role. Thank you very much Andy. You have far and above earned this award and am very proud to have you as the inaugural recipient.

congratulations andy and may i personnaly say thank you so very much for all your help in getting me started on this great sight . you were there from the very first day that i signed up and talked and walked me thru each and every little thing regardless of when i needed the help you allways jumped right in for me . thanks and enjoy your modified retirement my friend .

Know that you have officially retired Andy, who ever takes your place has some big shoes to fill, but thanks to you and Ron before you, The undeniable fact is this place thankfully still has you, I personabley have given you a few nightmares with quitting out at times, but the appreciation and admiration for the great job you did in your tenour as our Handicapper and the fresh ideas you brought to the job, along with untold hours of service to the community will always be remembered, I know you took a fair bit of grief from certain members and your system may not have always be agreed with by parts of the community, but those same members as well as the rest of us will always be greatful you put it in place because it helped make this the best place to play the game online, the award you have recieved is richly rewarded and thoroughly deserved.
